Front desk was wonderful. Turn around time was great however upon the return of the vehicle the inside was trashed. And I understand my car was not spotless upon drop off but I certainly know my ashtray was in the door not thrown around the backseat. Also the dusty hand prints in the door and dirt footprints on the floor was unexpected. I also was disappointed to see an area of my car have texture to it where it previously had not had that issue and not where the damage was they they were repairing. Really hoping that doesn't cause issues down the line...
