I had a great experience with Crash Champions from start to finish. Raul, my service advisor, was extremely helpful, professional, and informative throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and made everything easy and stress-free. When I picked up my car, Raul took the time to walk me through everything that had been repaired and replaced and explained that the work completed is backed by their lifetime warranty. He also made sure my car was washed and ready for me, and even had it pulled up to the front. I really appreciated his communication, kindness, and attention to detail. After dealing with the stress of an accident, having such a smooth repair experience made a huge difference. My car looks great, and I would definitely recommend Crash Champions and Raul to anyone needing repairs. Thank you again!
