The repair team and technicians were amazing. The same goes for the young lady who did the initial review of my vehicle. They kept me informed and did a great job. When I picked up the car the young man did a detailed review of the repair that was done. Extremely courteous and professional. The front desk lady could be a little more friendly and engaging. The interaction with her seemed disengaging, and lacked empathy. She could benefit from a customer service training. Overall my experience was positive
