I know some of the delays were waiting for parts but more updates would have been nice. I had to rent a truck because I didn't have mine due to the delays.

I met with Mac at Bolingbrook CDE and he got everything in order to take our car and get repairs started. They worked with our insurance group Allstate and three weeks later we received a message that the car was repaired and ready for pickup. It looks great and I would recommend CDE Bolingbrook

1st time I was told car was ready to be picked up, it wasn’t! The work was not done and I had to leave it again. When I got the call second time about car being fixed, my car starter stopped working and I was missing my starter remote.. still waiting after 3 weeks for that issue to be resolved.

Tough when the question is asked that way. Was I COMPLETELY satisfied? No. I was about 98% satisfied. Your team at checkin was great, scheduling was simple. The repair was done on or even before the estimated completion date. Only issue? Obviously misaligned panel at pickup. It only tool 10 mins to fix, but this should have been easily catch in QC.

Front desk, scheduling, and intake were great. Car wasn't ready when I arrived, so I had to wait for a bit. Main issue was that one panel that was repaired was not correctly aligned - it was pretty obvious. On the plus side the delivery person agreed with the issue, took it in the shop and had it adjusted and back out to me in 15 mins. Happy with the repairs - just need a bit more QC.
