The short time the car was at your shop. The estimate was very good. Going over the estimate and pointing out what was going to happen. Internal Cracks (at least six inches long each) in front windshield toward hood (not there before collision or during drop off), spidering and paint chip not previously on rear bumper despite being worked on, bubbling on clear coated areas worked on, SIGNIFICANT ORANGE PEEL on quarter panel and door, needs color buffing **immediately** and quickly.

The quality of work is great! Dealing with Matt was fantastic. My only negative is that it took 10 days, rather than the 2 days originally quoted. Because of this the car was outside during the hail storm and sustained some damage. Also, had I known it was going to take so long, I would have rented a car.

The repairs made look GREAT! There is one chip on the frame that I'm not sure whether it was a result of the work done on the spoiler, or if it was missed in the repair process - I know I didn't see it when I was photographing the damaged spoiler.

Service advisor was super helpful and honest. I appreciate the honesty that the car was damaged by hail while on your lot. He could have not told me and hoped I didn't see it. The honesty is appreciated.

Glen is always great. I ask for him any time I need work done. We have had work done at least 8 times that I remember, probably more and the work and level of service always exceed my expectations whether it’s a small job or major damage.

They did really good work. My car came out looking as good as it did when I drove it off the lot. They even cleaned my car as a courtesy and I really appreciate it. Would definitely recommend them to other people in the future.
