The quality of work is great! Dealing with Matt was fantastic. My only negative is that it took 10 days, rather than the 2 days originally quoted. Because of this the car was outside during the hail storm and sustained some damage. Also, had I known it was going to take so long, I would have rented a car.

The repairs made look GREAT! There is one chip on the frame that I'm not sure whether it was a result of the work done on the spoiler, or if it was missed in the repair process - I know I didn't see it when I was photographing the damaged spoiler.

Service advisor was super helpful and honest. I appreciate the honesty that the car was damaged by hail while on your lot. He could have not told me and hoped I didn't see it. The honesty is appreciated.

Glen is always great. I ask for him any time I need work done. We have had work done at least 8 times that I remember, probably more and the work and level of service always exceed my expectations whether it’s a small job or major damage.

It was great service from the initial phone call to The CDE in Lynwood who referred me to the Tinley Park location bc they are BMW approved location. We set an appt to drop off the vehicle and I was notified as they made progress to the final completion and return of my vehicle. They gave me an estimate which was not far from the final cost. I appreciate that they did not rush to complete the job. I am definitely a satisfied customer.
