I couldn't give a better score mainly due to delays in communicated about delays. The reason for even an 8 is simply due to the fact that everything else was great!

Car looked good but we realized a day or two later that the spare tire was very loose and not properly reattached

Mario seemed very nice but we were unhappy with all the delays in getting the car finished. I get that things happen and the paining process is mutual layered but we didn’t get the car back until 3 weeks after the initial estimated date. Any updates came via vague texts with long completion date ranges
