I am totally satisfied with the repair to my car. The reason I only gave an 8 rating is because they said it would be 4 or 5 days to repair and it too almost 2 weeks.i understand they found more things that needed repair, but I feel they should have ordered and received the additional parts before I dropped off my car and not had it sitting idle while I rented a car.

Second time the repair took more than twice the quoted time. (2 day expectation vs 5 day completion). I think it was undersold how it would look without the higher payment but I wasn’t around for estimate. All in all, I understand you can’t predict how it looks but I hope quoting times are worked on for better customer expectations.
