The whole experience was flawless. From the first call to set up appointment, to follow up and a quick repair time. Car looks brand new. I had a great experience with this collision center after my car accident. From the beginning, they kept me updated and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful, and I truly felt supported the whole time. Having people who genuinely care and keep you informed makes such a difference, especially after dealing with the stress of a car accident. I really appreciate how well they took care of me and my car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repair!

Need to correct the automated email communication as it doesn't reflect the true status. It doesn't appear to be enough staff to perform pick ups and drop offs and steady verbal and text communication on status of work. This could be partly due to the recent power outage. All in all, was acceptable.
