Due to the great body work done, I would highly recommend. Just make sure vehicles are cleaned after work has been completed.

Repair work and painting was excellent! But the car needed a good wash. My convertible top was very dirty. Recommend a good wash before returning to customer to reflect the great body work completed by your workers. Thanks

Need to correct the automated email communication as it doesn't reflect the true status. It doesn't appear to be enough staff to perform pick ups and drop offs and steady verbal and text communication on status of work. This could be partly due to the recent power outage. All in all, was acceptable.

Communication strategies were top shelf, even when the due date was extended. Southside Collision's back office/front desk ladies managed expections fluidly and accurately with texts and emails. This family does professional and polished work. I almost did not recognize my own car. Cherish that Southside family work ethic.

Front start to finish I couldn't be happier. Friendly staff that took care of any concerns I had. I wasn't sure how long it would take to fix it, but they had it done faster than I thought it would take. The result? It looked showroom new again. You couldn't tell it was ever involved in an incident. I highly recommend them if your vehicle needs repairs.

I had the best experience at Southside Collision. From the moment I drop off my Car until the day it was ready to pick it up they accommodated me . They contacted enterprise rental to inform them I was there and they could deliver the car right to SC. They also made arrangements with Enterprise so I could leave the rental there and not return it to enterprise.
