Inspected truck found alarm light that belongs on the windshield laying on the dash, technician took to the back and fixed, found sanding paper in engine bay, windshield wipers were put on incorrectly, sanding dust all over interior, sticky tape residue all over doors, windows had greasy hand prints

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Gerber. I was kept updated on the progress of my vehicle the whole time. Also I was not able to p/u my car. So they were kind enough to drive it over to me and even took my rental back for me. Thank you Gerber of Burbank. You guys are the best!

I received my car on 8/29/2026. I had to have it towed back to the repair shop on 8/31/2026, due to the caliper cutting into my rotator. The caliper was improperly reinstalled.
