The actual bodywork that was completed was decent — it was only a scratch that needed repair. However, the interior of my truck on the driver’s side, from the mats down, was dirty. It appears someone entered my truck with dirty shoes. Please note that my truck has just over 3,000 miles on it; it’s a Toyota Tundra. I also noticed that some settings had been changed in my truck. I called Gerber to address this, but the response was dismissive — I was only told that they would clean the interior. That doesn’t address the fact that someone went into my truck and altered the mirror settings and radio stations. This is unacceptable. I’ve been a customer of Gerber for the past two years, and this experience has been disappointing. I’ll be shopping around for bodywork on my vehicle going forward.
