My vehicle was damaged during the recent storms, considering that it was a no fault event and that I had never experienced anything like this in this past. I must admit I didn't know how things would turn out. The day I brought my vehicle in to be assessed for damages at Caliber Collison their power was just restored. I met with John the manager who was super knowledgeable and nice, he was upfront and honest. John assured me that he could repair my vehicle but asked me to wait two weeks tbefore scheduling due to the power outages and the other vehicles being serviced prior to the storns. I was very apprehensive at first but John appeared eager to assist. I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome my vehicle looks brand new John Meyers was absolutely Amazing with keeping me abrust of the progress via text along with uploaded photos and a exact deadline date. I very highly recommend these professionals as they are top notch they did a phenomenal work this is a contact I would readily share they are worth the wait hands down and you will have your vehicle returned the day thay they promised This was a great experience overall 👍 👍 👍

The door on the side that was damaged looks like it was neglected. Also because Caliber gave me different dates for my car to be ready it cost me extra money. I understand once but I had 3 different dates.

Never got repaired because they decided to to file the claim 9 days after my appointment which led to long problems with the warranty, in the end I got my car back after 1 month of back and forth after I called it quits and warranty didnt want to cover the full price. So after one long month I got my car back and then come to find out I got stains on my rear exterior THAT DOES NOT WANT TO COME OUT even with a car wash, so now I have to spend money to get it buffed out and oh I dont have my CRUZE letterings on my exterior (guess they forgot to add it back) so now I have to spend money on lettering on that also, waste of money and time.
