    "I had an amazing experience with this auto body shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my BMW X3. From start to finish, the quality of the repair was excellent, and the entire process was handled professionally. Jim and Bianca were especially great to work with. They communicated clearly throughout the process, kept me informed, and, most importantly, they genuinely advocated for me as the customer. They repeatedly pushed back on Farmers Insurance to make sure my BMW was repaired correctly and properly—not simply repaired using the cheapest option the insurance company wanted. It was reassuring to know that someone was looking out for the quality and safety of the repair rather than just trying to get the car out the door. My only semi issue.. when I got in the car to drive off the lot I literally had 1 mile left to get to a gas station, that went to “0 miles” the second I pulled out on the road. Luckily there was one down the street and I made it with my husband following me just in case but… kind of weird? I don’t expect you to fill the tank but if I had run out of gas, it would have put a bad taste in my mouth. The light wasn’t on when I dropped it off, I certainly would have put gas in it. Alls well that ends well but probably something to note and make sure another customer isn’t left stranded in the parking lot."
