they replace the wrong part ( which was not even damaged)

it was not fix in first appointment and had to go again as they din't replace correct part

staff was good, but probably its repair team who din't check before marking job as completed

The accident repair was completed as per my satisfaction. However, there was an adhesive streak on the car which was not there at the time my car went for repair. Most of it was cleaned by the Gerber team with the manager himself supervising the work and polishing that area. I’ll have to take the car back in next week again for cleaning the rest. Also, I’ve noticed the trunk hinge on the accident side rubbing against something and making noise. I’ll get that checked as well next week.

Devin and Dani were amazing. Quite honestly, they both exceeded expectations. Devin was incredibly professional, pleasant, and caring. Dani kept me in the loop the entire time and was great to work with.
