Reason I gave a 9 is that there seemed to ordering parts issue. Wasn't able to complete the entire process. However, we're very communicative with me on status updates. Inside and outside of the vehicle was filthy there is clear and pink spots all over the exterior that are not cleaning off and there is a dent that was not addressed in the door
