Working face-to-face or over phone with the team was great and I appreciated their attitudes and professionalism. However when I picked up my vehicle there was an empty snack bar wrapper that was shoved in my center counsel tray and a scuff/debris on the bottom of my steering wheel that were not there when I dropped it off.

Only reason I went to this shop was that Toyota recommended me this shop (Boyce Body Werks) which changed to Gerber immediately after I dropped my car, not sure if that caused some of the trouble I had with them.

The seams are not perfectly aligned. As the car owner I canbl easily spot the areas that were corrected by the shop.

I was informed by the person that called me that the car had prior damage to a different area of the vehicle. That was blatantly untrue.
