Overall service was great all the staff was helpful and friendly! I was satisfied with the work they put into my truck and the care. They even washed it and vacuumed it, i left happy and with a smile:) great job!

Simeon, kept me up to date on the progress and the repairs to my vehicle. He made sure I was aware of the completion date. He even picked me up when I was dropped off in the wrong part of the dealership which I am Very great full for because it was 105 degrees that day . However your other employee told me to walk down to the body shop. While I was waiting outside one of your other staff members did chech on me to see if I needed any assistance which I appreciated . This was my first Ford vehicle and my first accident, I truly appreciate the time and care that was given to me to walk me through this experience . Satisfied is an understatement! Simeon and the "Jim Click Team" did an such an INCREDIBLE JOB, my car is beautiful! I told the tow truck driver to take my car Directly to Jim Click Nissan-auto body repair, I would have no other repair shop touch my car. I have always had fantastic results with the Jim Click Team (unfortunately I've had other cars with "dings" at my fault or not) and have never been disappointed.
