Everybody was so wonderful and my car! So nice without the smash in door and they even thought to put a new pinstripe on the bashed in door and wash the car. You cannot go wrong with Click/Tuttle for body work repairs!

The work was great but the communication was not that good. They told me my car would take 3 days approx unless they found other things and then I had to call them after not hearing form them in 3 days and they said they contacted you guys for authorization but no one ever told me. Also many of the "other things" were from hitting a curb in 2017 when I first got the car and not from the very low impact fender bender. I had to call every few days to check in and see what was happening with my car and then the last day that I called they said "oh it will be ready tomorrow". If they had called at the last minute I would have been at work.

After almost a month they got the job done The second time I am satisfied but the client -collision communication very poor

The initial repair was not satisfactory. The job was delivered with defects that I noticed after a day of the vehicle reception. Poor communication with client. I had to chase the individual to seek info about the process and a few times was told the vehicle would be completed on specific days. No calls or any means of communication with the client was done to inform me about the delays or challenges about the job. I had to call corporate to have someone call me and finally get information about the repair of my vehicle . On the second round they did a better job of matching the color of the bumper with the car . I would not have recommend this location .
