They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in satisfactory condition before leaving the lot even when I returned it shortly after leaving because it was shaking badly(that which had nothing to do with the repairs caused by an accident)...they still checked it out and notified me what the issue was. I did get it repaired and did exactly what they recommended me to do. Now my vehicle rides just like it did when I first purchased it from Twin City Honda. Thank You guys

My car was returned dirty, with tint ruined, and the fabric with giant wet stains. The work on the outside was done in poor condition as well. The car paint had to be buffed out as a big bubble was left. Grease spots were all over the side of the car and back small window. When the issues were pointed out, the staff acted irritated by having to fix these issues. The car was promised 6/9/26 and I called and they said they would have it ready that afternoon. Then they called and said it would be ready 6/11/26 and then all these issues were found. My car was kept an extra day without any form of compensation for the interior being ruined. The only thing fixed were the grease stains on the outside and the tint. So I don’t know why my car was kept an extra day. The interior wasn’t even part of the reason why my car was brought in. I’m highly unsatisfied with this and I got one problem fixed only to have the inside of my car ruined. I will not recommend to anyone unless they want a sloppy job done. No one has even called to see if the things they “fixed” stayed fixed.

The only complaint I would have is the date to completion got push back twice. It didn’t line up with my rental. Nice people at twin city motor.
