Was told my car was finished and ready for pickup on 10/11. Went to pick it up on 10/18 and was told it’s not finished and they didn’t know when it would be finished. Already returned my rental car so left with no vehicle. Very very dissatisfied with this.

I just noticed today, 8/3/24 that the driver's side of the hood is still not level. It is higher than the left side. This is not acceptable. I had earlier reported all is well, but this just came to my attention. Thank you.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done to my vehicle,I think that you'll should let the customer know not to get the rental until you'll start on thee vehicle,because i had gotten the rental the day i drop off my vehicle to you'll,and you didn't start on my vehicle until a week after I drop it offso after the 30 days i had to come out my pockets,and in the beginning you kept up with me thru my email letting me know what was going on with my vehicle and then you'll stop,leading me to think something was wrong after you'll had my vehicle for almost 2 months, at least try to let the customer know about how long you'll gone have the vehicle, but after all since I have my vehicle,im very happy and appreciate the job that was done to it,thnak you very much
