A very professional and courteous individual. Worked diligently with my insurance to get me the right parts and also keept me in the loop all the way. Additonally, the customer service was second to none. Derick even went beyond to get me a rental for 6 days at the expense of Parkwood. Extremely pleased with my experience with PCA and kudos to the entire team."

I asked questions on why I needed the rubber bumper needed to be replaced. It had a scratch on it, but I didn’t think it looked bad. Why replace it? They looked like I was asking a very stupid question. Roger did not think it was stupid, he just told me why it would repaired."

Classic Chevrolet, Inc.
3001 William D Tate Ave, Grapevine(817) 251-41313001 William D Tate Ave, Grapevine, TX 76051"I have to say that I pass at least 2 Chevrolet dealerships to go to Classic. As much as I’d like to be closer I can’t find a dealership that takes care of me better than Classic does. It’s the front line people that are the face of any company and I can only name Billy (Service) and Taylor (sales) who I actually remember their names and highly recommend either one of them. The only thing that would make it better is if Classic could move to Frisco :). Keep doing what you’re doing!"
