Second repair completed at this location - takes far too long to get vehicle completed. If you can't work on the vehicle the day I bring it in after making an appointment two weeks ahead of time, don't take the vehicle! I hate driving rental vehicles due to smells and crappy choices

Ivan especially was great and extended excellent customer service through the entire process. From the first day I walked from the greeting up to the day I picked up my vehicle was nothing but outstanding service from every employee. The communication was great throughout, explaining everything in a manner I could comprehend and my repairs are above what I expected. I actually purchased my truck from this same Grapevine location and I know this was not just a one time experience this is the culture of the business. Thank each of you!

Zach was super helpful and always let me know what was going on. My car looks great. There’s still a tiny difference in the gap from the lift gate around but nobody would notice it but me cause I’m anal. But everything was great.
