Jesus and Larry were very up front and open to the process . It took longer than I hoped but the insurance company was one that deliberately tried to make it as inconvenient as possible to get the repair done . thank God for consumer laws or the insurance company wouldnt have paid at all . But the work done by Grapevine collisoion looks exceptional and I know they went out of their way to be sure I was happy with my vehicle . Thank you Larry and Jesus . If I need another repair , Ill definitely be back 😀

This is N/A. I dropped the vehicle off as a after hours drop. The work was completed without me ever speaking to any of the staff. The only time i dealt with the staff was when picking up the vehicle and then when someone called me after to enforce the survey

Jesus was super throughout the entire process. He called me several times while my car was being worked on to keep me up to date with what was going on and to assure the car would be ready when promised. We also talked a little FIFA soccer!! If I could, I would give Jesus a rating far above 10!!
