Did a great job, wish they could touch up other minor paint scratches- if that could have happened would have definitely put it on social media how happy I was, but they couldn’t so I didn’t because it wasn’t above and beyond. My guy was fantastic

Excellent service from the Ford Collision Team in Grand Prairie, Tx. From the time I dropped off my car to when I pick it up, the team was courteous, friendly and prompt. They answered all my questions and gave me excellent guidance to get my rental. Richard Morales was very helpful and gave me superior professional service by taking care of my Nissan’s repairs promptly. My car was washed and vacuumed, Richard went far and above giving quality service to the repairs and I would give Grand Prairie Ford 10 out of 10 stars. I would definitely refer my family and friends to GP Ford for any collision repairs.

Richard Morales is a great service rep. He answered all my questions and was very courteous . He meet me right away, looked at my car, gave me estimated time of completion, gave me rental information and He was so knowledgeable. He finished way ahead of time and called me promptly. I will definitely tell my family and friends of the great experience we had with Grand Prairie Ford and with Richard Morales. The work on my Pathfinders was excellent and I give my whole experience a 10 out of 10 rating.
