I chose this place because of the good reviews. I left my car there for repairs, and the paintwork turned out well, but they didn't bother to properly align the door. While buffing the car, they scuffed the new headlight and scratched the upper section with a grinder—which might lead to corrosion. They attached the exterior door trim with double-sided tape, and it came off the very next day, among other issues. The repair cost—nearly $7,000—was excessive for the work actually performed. Waiting to have a day off to take the car in.

I had a great experience with the north Texas Collision Center. They did an excellent job repairing my bumper and had my car ready within just two days. The staff was very friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. They coordinated with the car rental company for both the drop-off and pickup, which made the entire process very convenient and hassle-free. The repair and maintenance work was excellent, and my car looked great when I got it back. I really appreciate the quality of work and customer service. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, this is the second time that Texas Collision center has taken care of me! However, both times, Tom and his team was able to take care of my vehicles' damage and communicate effectively. I was provided with a rental car to accommodate for the time my vehicle was being repaired.
