When my insurance company tried to steer me to a collision repair shop close to my house, I asked them if they would have my vehicle towed to Vandergriff Collision instead (which was 9 miles away). I did that because of Vandergriff's reputation. And their Collision repair shop did not let me down. Everyone was so friendly, polite, and helpful. My vehicle was repaired within a very reasonable timeframe, and they took time to explain everything that they did in detail. They even cleaned my vehicle Inside and Out (to include door jams, inside windows, under seats). More importantly, my Honda runs like New..... Great Job

You guys are absolutely amazing! You did an incredible job with my car, and it honestly came back looking better than before. The turnaround time was VERY quick, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The owner personally kept me updated daily, which really stood out to me. He takes the time to make sure his customers feel welcomed, safe, and at ease throughout the process. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel like family. I’d honestly go to dinner with this staff anytime 😂! You can tell this company truly cares about its customers and goes above and beyond.
