I would recommend family and friends to Gerber. Great experience from start to finish. Front staff was always helpful and nice. Dylan was great! Told me what they were going to do to get my car fixed then kept me updated throughout the process. Great customer service!!

I think they did a good job. Just a bit more communication up front regarding the plan for my comfort level would have been better. The rest was a good experience.

I was never really told how the repair was made. Two other shops said they would replace the paneling, Gerber said it would likely use a filler. I'm concerned about issue with gas cap there. Never heard how it was fixed.
