I really appreciate the professionalism as well as keep me up to date with all the progress. I recommend Park Palace Bodywerks to everyone. Like I told Walter, I hope not to see you again at your work because I don’t want any damage to my car but I do consider him an extremely trustworthy friend. And outside of bringing by car in for repairs - I do hope I see you 😊"

I can securely say that that is not the case here. From the beginning, Sam showed kindness and understanding of my expedited situation. He may be tough on the outside, but on the inside he has a heart of gold. He turned a very stressful situation into a seamless experience. From the start, he set realistic expectations regarding timing and shipping delays. Once the necessary parts arrived, communication was clear and consistent. My car was in and out ahead of the promised time. All of this to say, this experience was one of a kind. I highly recommend for anyone in need of quality service and repairs."
