My car was still drivable, and I could have driven it until parts were delivered and ready to start, which I think took a little longer than expected. So communication with what would be suggested as to either getting a rental car or it taking several weeks until the parts would come in and I could’ve still used my car until it was absolutely needed to begin the repair process. Other than that, Brent was extremely friendly and kind and always returned my phone calls. They kept me updated once the repairs began the only thing I would suggest also is when giving updates about the repairs, also give an update as to the timeframe that is predicted from time of update till car will be read.
