This is not our first experience with Ultimate Collision. They are always prompt with response. They know exactly what the car needs and always deliver a stellar repair. Alexa and Jenny always keep us well informed about what stage our car was in. They informed us of any needed changes. They always are available and pleasant when we call with questions.
