My back rear tire still makes a horrible sound which it never did prior too accident yet I was told that was the problem wasn't from the accident. Very unhappy with the work done!

From the first day my car went into Ultimate Collison, until the day I picked it up I was a 110% satisfied with my experience with them. They provided updates whenever there was a change in my cars status. They have me an estimated date of when repairs were scheduled to be completed & I was more then happy when my vehicle was completed six days ahead of the scheduled date they provided me. I have no problem of endorsing Ultimate Collision to friends, family, & co-workers if their vehicles ever need repairs.
