It was an absolute pleasure to work with Lynn, Alexis and all the people involved with the repair that was needed on my 2006 Ford Explorer. Not on was the job done professionally but with care and perfect attention to detail. I have no reservations about returning if we're in need of auto body or collision repair. This was the second time this year that had to use collision repair services. This is the second time I chose Ultimate Collision II because I was extremely satisfied the first time. The office staff is extremely customer friendly and more importantly customer focused. They meticulously inspected the damage and ensured my vehicle was repaired to look new. Each of the shop staff was very knowledgeable and worked for perfection. In both instances you could not tell our vehicle was ever in an accident. I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Ultimate Collision II. I have and will continue to recommend them.
