Excellent workmanship as is ALWAYS given at Ultimate Paint Shop. Parts are hard to find for my 30 year old Mercedes, however, they always find them and make the car look like new. Great team of workers that can be trusted to make sure the car is ready for its next adventure.

The work performed was done appropriately. The shop committed to doing a little touchup on a paint chip I pointed out and wet sand a rough patch on the trunk hatch for me. That work was not done. There was a discussion evaluate a window seal that was defective as well as my tires and get back to me with quotes. None of that ever happened despite a follow up I sent out to their team
