For a week they kept telling me my car would be ready the next day, and then the next day they would say it would be ready in one more day. The problem is that I had to return my rental car on the day they said my car would be ready, and then I had to wait five more days.

Everyone I encountered was very professional.They contacted the rental car company on my behalf. Lori was very understanding and attentive to my needs. She did the walk-thru and explained the repair process. She kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and reached out to my insurance to ensure they received the estimate. She made an unpleasant situation easier for me to handle. She said in the event I wasn’t completely satisfied or just wanted to talk to give her a call.

AJ and Renee were communicative and helpful. AJ walked me through the whole repair, did a quality inspection before we did any final paperwork. Very pleased with their product and service.

AJ and Renee were communicative, helpful and delightful. AJ made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the work before we signed papers. Something I thought was a nice easy touch, washing the car. Nothing worse than we had your car, we fixed the spot and send you back with a dirty car. Always appreciate the little things

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about my vehicle and the repairs. The repairs was completing in the timely fashion that they told me as a matter of fact, a day sooner so I strongly recommend your services to them. And the young lady that’s in the office to your left , she was the bomb.com. She has a great personality and she really care about you and your vehicle.
