I had such a great experience with Unibody Autotech! They did an amazing job repairing my Tesla, and honestly, when I got it back, it looked brand new. You could never tell it had been damaged. Dayton was absolutely great throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything from start to finish, kept me informed, and made the whole repair process feel easy and stress-free. Everyone was professional from the estimator to the lady at the desk. Maybe remind clients that they need to arrange for their car rental. I just wrongly assumed that since the shop arranged for the shuttle, they took care of the rest.

Vance and Robyn were the most helpful and kind. Mike who did my estimate was informative. It was a great experience during a stressful time. The rental car situation was a bit challenging because they didn’t have my reservation ready so I had to wait longer. But other than that the service at unibody was great
