I was very impressed with the repair service that I received, beginning with Vance the estimator who was courteous and helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and reassure me that my vehicle would be well taken care of. My greatest concern was that the my car would be safe to drive, no hidden internal damages. Vance put my mind at ease. I was so pleased to have my car back in great condition! They did an excellent job!

Service was quick and my car looks great! The bad fuse for the blinkers replaced by Okuhara Auto. Minor extra stop to get that done after picking up my car. It is all good and my car is now safe and ready to be on the road! Thank you Vance for taking care of me and I will definitely return if I need work again! Mahalo!

I'd award the higher score, but thinking need to save the higher score for earlier job completion. Excellent service and repair job. Cleaning the vehicle made the repair job even more impressive!!! When van door exhibited problems with closing, Unibodytech opted to keep the van another day to ensure no safety problem. Sincere concern for the customer is very much appreciated.

The actual work done to the truck was great. Only problem i had was that the break light was not reconnected when the work was complete.
