1) Thanks to the inspector outside in manuevering my car in such tight conditions! I couldn't have done it. 2) I loved the emails about the status of my car. Its much easier to keep in touch, becuase I cannot pick up the phone while driving or during the day. Have you thought of texting? That would be great too! 3) Very convenient to have the body shop with the Enterprise rental at one place.! Thank you again for making something so complicated so easy. And thanks for cleaning my car! It looks fabulous!
