I haven’t seen my Mini Cooper as handsome as it is now. I bought it with some parking abuse to the right front side. It’s now all new and fresh as a result of a rear end collision last month. The crew was great. Never a hint of exasperation dealing with a 78 year old. LOL the process and expectations were very clear and efficient. I received messages about progress on my car and when to expect its completion. I’ll certainly use Unibody if I ever need bodywork done again. Thanks Unibody!

Excellent customer service in both online/phone/text with keeping me updated on the status of the repair, and in person. I particularly appreciated that the in-person staff were pleasant and didn’t act as if i was wasting their time or annoyed when i asked questions. The repair work was excellent. The coordination with the car rental was also very helpful.
