Overall was a good experience, however I feel like its only fair if a technician explains what they did at time of pick up. I feel like I just got the receipt from the front desk and was asked if I had any questions - me knowing so little about cars, I dont know what the associate was even saying. This is not saying the front desk did a bad job, she was definitely helpful throughout the process. I think its fair for the customer to know what was done in detail not, we fix this and that part, let me know if you have problems with the car.
