While I appreciate the work done on my vehicle, I did run into consistent challenges with communication and scheduling through the front desk. There were multiple instances where calls were not returned in a timely manner, scheduling felt delayed, and important items like rental car forms took longer than expected to be sent. Throughout the process, I often had to follow up several times to keep things moving. I completely understand that things can get busy, but the lack of timely communication made the process more stressful than it needed to be. I’m sharing this in hopes that it helps improve the experience for future customers. Better responsiveness and follow-through at the front desk would make a big difference. Thank you for your time, and I do appreciate the repairs that were completed.

late and conflicting notice to pickup, one says final stages pickup Friday......Friday says will notify on Sat....found out they closed...on Friday told truck ready 1.5 hours to pickup closes 3:45 , was gonna bike it but 2:30ish is heavy school traffic...sidewalks lots of students...No truck till Monday had to cancel mult. events.
