I recently took my 1-week-old vehicle to this collision shop for repairs, but the experience was disappointing. A new deep scratch on the undercarriage and subpar adhesive application on the door were discovered post-pickup. The front desk staff was unhelpful, claiming the damage couldn't have occurred at their shop and offering only a bottle of paint for me to fix it myself. The interior was left dusty!

They made a very frustrating experience much easier, especially compared with the insurance company on the mainland that didn't understand that the body shop is on a different island from where we live.

Unibody is great. They did not just what’s that had to do but they did everything with care! Shannon was great! She checked in and called and informed me the next steps when it was needed. Also Natasha called when car was ready for pick up. Everyone was great! I appreciate unibody literally changed out my WHOLE under carriage and got it back driving better then when I first bought it Chee hee
