Disappeared that they took the impact bar off the back before the part was received. This delayed the repair at least 2 weeks. I could have returned the rental and then brought it back to them when part was received.

It was pretty decent. My car seemed as it was but then again I got repairs for really minor damage. There were a few changes I noticed in my car that I wasn't exactly notified or detailed about, but luckily they were also minor such as my car looking cleaner and my ac being messed with.

1 star bc my truck was NOT repaired correctly. Damage is still visible so now a State Farm agent have to come out and give an additional estimate on repair
