The gentleman that I was dealing with was excellent. There was a female employee answering the phone that I thought was rather rude. I asked a question and she was searching for an answer. There was a lot of approximately 15 seconds that I didn't hear anything at all. I asked are you still there? She responded with I'm looking. There was another female employee, or it could've been the same employee that opened the business on the morning that I went to go pick up my vehicle. I had been told by the gentleman that I was dealing with that I could pick up the vehicle next morning and that they opened at 7:30. I was there at 7:30 when they opened up. I know I was early and she was trying to get open. She turned to me and said can I help you? I told her I was there to pick up my vehicle. Her response was that I was just gonna have to wait. I told her that that was not a problem that I was very patient. In my opinion, she could've been a lot nicer and a lot more professional..
