I was impressed with the young man who welcomed me even though l was early for my drop off. I loved the fact that was kept abreast and informed that my part has not arrived. I knew when it did come in. They wasted no time putting my car back like new. The young man assured us upon pick up that if we had any concerns or questions not to hesitate to call or come. I received nothing but professionalism from the repair man to the receptionist (Missy). I have been telling all my friends and family about your service. No, communication about my car I had to keep calling you. Got my back plastic all on my headlight, cracked windshield will never use you all again , TO SCARE TO BEGIN MY CAR BACK YOUR BUSINESS SUCKS!!!!

The text messages I received on the progress of the the repair bore no relation to the actual progress. You projected March 25 for completion, whereas it was ready on March 19. This caused me to rent a car unneccessarily.
