I couldn’t be more satisfied. CS was willing to do a repair which kept the cost within what was reasonable for a 20 year old vehicle. It was finished within the time promised, for a lesser- price than that quoted, and you were open late enough for me to pick it up on the date finished. I doubt I could have said any of these things at the shop I have used in the past. Thanks!

Only minor issue was lack of communication. Was told car would be ready Tuesday or Wednesday. But I had to call for updates. Completely understand parts and shipping issues, just would have liked to be updated when delays occur.
