We picked up the car after hours when the office was closed. The second it was turned on, alarms started going off. The car had issues that were not there when we dropped it off. I called and told them and they said they had nothing to do with it. Argued that it didn’t operate off the same computer that they were working on. The car has one computer.

I had some issues with scratches from the initial repair, but the owner immediately said they could take care of it and had it all fixed the next day. I do have some glass shards from the sunroof that sound like they are stuck in the slide cover, but they weren't there on the initial few openings. Only advice for next job is to make sure to test the slide cover to remove shards before replacing the glass, as now it is very difficult to get in the tracks to remove glass that has shifted into them.

The speed at which my vehicle was finished compared to my prior experiences with other collision repair places was top tier. The car wash and vacuum was a much needed and added bonus. The work looks great and the lifetime warranty is even better!

I already have. I gave a coworker their number after they moved to a new location. He found Collision Solutions the next day. It turns out C C was the very shop he was looking for. They do excellent work and they were able to match his custom paint color.

I went to get my car and the same scratched up rim was still on the car never even ordered and I'm still waiting on the rim to come in. He said this week but still no call.

Customer service is great at first but I'm still waiting on my rim and I also had to bring to their attention that one of the screws were missing on my mud flap and he went inside to get one and left me waiting until I went back in to see what was taking so long. He was in there laughing and talking with another customer.
