I was pleasantly greeted when I dropped my vehicle off and explained what was going to transpire. The lady gave me a workable approximation date when the vehicle would be ready. Although the repairs were adequate, a knife and a Gerber multi tool were stolen from my glove compartment. And I found my registration and insurance card under the passenger seat, and many things from the glove compartment strewn about on the ledge below the dashboard.
