Lack car details and the car was dirty and grease in many places outside and inside Also they were suppose to follow up with front bumper not fitting correctly and they told me that they will check with insurance and never heard back from anyone.

Meeting this family was my pleasure as they made me feel welcome from the moment I walked into the business. Tim kept me in rhe loop as the work progressed along. In a short 2 weeks my vehicle was repaired and ready to pick up. I was greeted once again with smiles. We went over the repairs together, and away I went. When I was rearended, I didn't know who to turn to for repairs. But Unique Customs was highly recommended and very near to my home. I was greeted well and offered something to drink before we got started and I thought that was a nice gesture. Tim looked at my vehicle and we discussed a schedule that worked for both of us. Had it there in 4 days and they began to work on my 224 Hyundai Palisade that day. It was in the repair shop for 2 weeks, but parts held them up at least 3 days. So no fault of theirs. They kept me updated with an email first, then a follow up phone call every 2-3 days until it was completed. I am very impressed with their communication, work ethics, and the skills to deliver my my vehicle and present it like a brand new car. I give Tim and his crew a 10 of 10 score. Not 1 unpleasant moment went by. I would recommend Unique Customs shop to anyone that needs body repair and paint and that loves a great experience. Thanks Guys!! You knocked it out of the park.
