Prior warning of what was needed and not covered was a bare minimal expectation. Over and above would have been to simply replace a $20 wiper blade.

They called several times about the status of my vehicle, but never communicated what further repairs were needed. They returned my vehicle to me with unfinished work that I had to discover myself and didn’t do it because they said the insurance wouldn’t cover it.

The morning I picked up my vehicle the back windshield had dew on it and I turned the wipers only to discover there was no blade. I brought this to the attention of 2 employees and their only response was the insurance didn’t cover a wiper blade so that didn’t fix it.

Repairs not complete, damaged interior and would not fix. Cheap replacement parts used that did not meet original parts. Leaving with more issues than before my wreck.

Kept me updated biweekly on repair. After repair the customer service was not good. Didn’t fix the issues still remaining and was not willing to help make repairs complete.

IThere were problems 1. Bumper not tight That was fixed, then a 2. Headlight System error when the bumper was checked. Then 3. New bumper was scratched Now at 4:15 pm, 2hrs 15 min after being informed vehicle was ready, I left the vehicle for corrective action and June will call me. I am not a happy customer. Nadine Mann
