Happy with the outcome but not the process. Did not realize that they did not do an estimate when I took my vehicle the first time. They waited until I brought it in the second time and three days later they were still waiting on some parts. The body shop I have used in the past, does an estimate, orders parts, then schedules me when the parts arrive. I’ve always been happy but thought I would give Unique an opportunity. Will go back to the other shop in the future if I need body work.

The work was done very well. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. My only complaint is that they apparently removed the pinstripe on the drivers side with a razor blade. Resulting in multiple noticeable scratches along the pinstripe. I am disappointed with that result.
