The paint job on the car looks great. It reminds of when I first got it off the lot. The staff were both professional and respectful. They were also pretty informative and gave me rough estimates of when my vehicle would be done. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who's been in an accident.

Had my vehicle a full month. No communication on status of my car until I reached out and insisted on contacting the vendor I was told they were waiting on (Safelite). As soon as they called, in efforts to appease me, my windshield was IN. As in on-site and physically IN Bakersfield, not waiting on being ordered, or in transit as I kept being told by United Coll.
