Given these experiences, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to or recommending United Collision in the future.

Upon finally receiving my vehicle, I expected it to be in impeccable condition given the delays and absence of communication. Unfortunately, I discovered several imperfections that had not been addressed. Moreover, I was informed that my wheel had been refinished; however, the invoice indicated a new wheel replacement. This discrepancy raised concerns about the accuracy and honesty of the work performed.

United Collision committed to having my vehicle ready by September 30, 2025, and stated they would notify me of any changes. Regrettably, I did not receive any updates. I had to proactively reach out to them multiple times to inquire about my vehicle's status, and I experienced repeated instances of being ignored in my attempts to follow up via SMS. This lack of responsiveness was frustrating and unprofessional.

My husband also liked how my vehicle came out and now wants a estimate for his vehicle. He works at a warehouse and showed his coworkers how my vehicle came out. They agreed it looks good and ask where he took it.

I loved how my car came out. I was worried how my other headlight would look since it wasnt getting replaced. And United Collision went the extra mile and cleaned it up very well that you cant even tell.

Everyone was so professional with me and my wife, and I felt the #1 goal of United is to get our car back to us and running and looking great, and if it isn't, bring it back we'll take care of it, and yall did. We had a sensor not picking up right, yall said bring it back, I did, and 20 min. later I was driving off. Thank you Desiree for being so nice and patient with us, Thanks

I love how detailed and clean my car was upon picking it up. They stayed in contact with me throughout the duration of the process. I also appreciated that I could leave my rental car there and they would handle having it returned!
