I had an excellent experience with United Collision and would highly recommend their services. They handled the insurance process from start to finish and made everything easy and stress-free. I had two separate accidents involving two different vehicles just weeks apart, and United Collision handled both repairs professionally. They restored both vehicles to like-new condition, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The entire team was friendly, courteous, and kept the process running smoothly. I had no issues whatsoever and truly appreciated their communication and professionalism throughout. I would definitely use United Collision again and would recommend them to anyone needing quality collision repair and great customer service.

EXCEPT … for one thing… I recognize that the snow storms wreaked havoc with the work week, but … someone should have picked up the phone to notify us that the car was not ready on Friday, Feb 27 or Monday, March 2. ‘Customer Service’ 😉

My husband's car took so long to fix and when it was returned, it was filthy, the interior was covered with debris and the back door window was either improperly installed or a non-Audi part was used because his back window now does not fully close. We would not recommend this auto body shop.
