My husband's car took so long to fix and when it was returned, it was filthy, the interior was covered with debris and the back door window was either improperly installed or a non-Audi part was used because his back window now does not fully close. We would not recommend this auto body shop.

Excellent communication about estimated date of completion of repair with continuous updates. Sam was friendly and professional. He helped me throughout the process including dealing with my insurance company and communicating with the rental car company, which I greatly appreciated. A pleasure to work with!
